Child labour

part of my work involved working with homosexual and transgender men.....Section 377 criminalises same sex as "against the order of nature"...for us working on health esp HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STI) there poses a grt challange...however with the sanction of the health dept intervention in this field has been on for a while...but the acceptable part starts and ends with adults i.e. those above the age of 18....the biggest dilemma arises when we talk hav boys 15, 16, 17 who are sexually active coming in for health service...wht do u do?? refuse service?? the official line is "YES"
the whole q of child labour was presented with such irony tht i havnt still recoverd from it...a child can be a sex worker but cant be provided any other work coz he is technically a child and therefore the employer can be arrested....fcrz u r gonna say tht all this is in paper but my q is on paper wht happens to this child??
